Great Lakes based retailer operating nearly 200 supercenters and grocery stores throughout the Midwest found its rapidly expanding business was increasing their technology needs.
Specifically, the company’s buyer loyalty program was supported by a software application written in a complex, expensive legacy software environment. Needless to say, the retailer wanted to upgrade this enterprise-wide platform to achieve lower maintenance costs and higher levels of functionality and integration.
The ProSource team performed a complete design and implementation of the retailer’s proprietary customer loyalty program. This initiative included rewriting the existing software platform to a .NET environment utilizing SQL Server in a high-usage and high-availability environment.
